Welcome!

You might be here because you struggle with a new diagnosis of ADHD in adulthood, or you’ve struggled with feeling like you are “too much” your entire life, maybe you can’t imagine a life without anxiety and find yourself constantly questioning yourself, maybe you have had a difficult time expressing your emotions and feeling heard and understood. I often work with clints who experience the world deeply and as a result can often feel lonely. I work with folks to love these parts of themselves and lean into their authentic, sensitive, wonderful selves. My goal as a therapist is to help you lean into your own inner wisdom and trust yourself more. I don’t have all the answers about your inner or outer world, but I believe you do. I’ll lean into these emotions with curiosity and gentleness to help you better understand these parts of yourself.
