About me

I gained my degree from Northwest University in clinical mental health counseling. I currently hold licensure in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA #MC61323427) and work under supervision with an incredible supervisor.

I was born in Mexico and proud to be a daughter of immigrants. I am neurodivergent and I strive to hold a genuine therapeutic relationship with my clients by coming into session with a gentle, accepting, and warm energy. I do my best to come into session as my own authentic self, I welcome you to come as your authentic self too.

When I’m not in session with clients, you can find me trying something new, whether it be new food, or an outdoor event. I love spending time with my partner and our sweet fur babies, Nala and Pepper. Nala is a gentle giant of a German Shepard mix and Pepper is a feisty Husky mix. I enjoy painting and relaxing as well as going to live music events from artists I know and love. I really enjoy exploring and finding new artists as well. If you share you went to a concert in session, you might hear me ask you what artist!
