Information on scheduling

Sending me an email is the best way to reach me initially rather than a phone call. Please reach out to me directly or fill out the form on psychology today and I will get back to you as soon as I can. If you do not hear from me within 48 hours, please feel free to reach back out as I may have missed your initial message.

I do offer a short consultation to check in on your needs and to see if we might be a good fit to work together. This is a brief 15 minute phone call where you can share what is going on, what your needs are, questions and scheduling needs.

Please keep in mind that my current openings for in person sessions are limited and currently I have no in person openings available.

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 4pm and Wednesday 9am - 2pm

I cannot guarantee any availability within my working hours but will do my best to find a spot that works for the both of us!
